I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say that Tom has been an absolute ROCKSTAR today!!
We had some real challenges this morning and he stepped up magnificently despite the pressure he was under (nothing that he done wrong by the way, it happened to him, not because of him) and you should be very proud of him, I am 🙂
I’m sure that Doug played his part too, so a pat on the back is well deserved there also and we’re in a really good place to finish today.
They’ve done a great job and I just wanted to share that.
