Evans Audio Visual Staging Supports iCAAD Online 2020

Evans Audio Visual Staging was proud to support our friends at iCAAD with their first event Virtual Conference earlier this month, providing 3 concurrent streams over 2 days filled with talks and presentations from those leading the way in understanding and treating Addiction and Associated Disorders. Our team was able to provide multiple stable streams thanks to our in-house Leased Line internet connection, giving us unwavering and reliable data transfer speeds. Thanks to this we were able to stream all 49 presentations totaling almost 80 hours with zero frame loss. With presenters from all over the world calling in to present to the awaiting delegates, our streaming technicians were on hand to make sure they were comfortable and had everything they needed before they went live to the iCAAD audience. We also provided iCAAD with all their pre-production and needs, including pre-recording and editing any presentations where presenter network issues could be an issue if they were to present live, ensuring a high-quality presentation for all of their participants.

COVID-19 has hit our industry hard, and with live events as we know them looking to be away for a while yet, we are seeing a quick step towards virtual and hybrid events so that clients can continue holding events, and we are stepping with them. With a dedicated high speed Leased Line fitted at our warehouse, we can stream multiple virtual events simultaneously without the risk of data transfer issues. Add this to our high-quality stock of streaming and AV equipment with a team of talented technicians who will keep everything running smoothly, we are in the perfect position to support any virtual or hybrid events either remotely or on location with a high level of reliability and efficiency.

If you are looking to hold a Virtual or Hybrid Event, get in touch with our team on 0117 908 5558 or email us at enquiries@evansstaging.co.uk, and we will be there to help your event run seamlessly.
