Working within such an iconic venue, our team delivered a carefully considered technical setup designed to support both the formal awards presentation and the evening’s celebrations.

At the heart of the production, we installed a flown 16’ x 9’ Stumpfl rear projection screen, paired with a high-performance 10,000 lumens Panasonic 3-chip DLP projector. This combination ensured bright, crisp visuals that remained clear and impactful throughout the event, even within the theatre’s atmospheric lighting conditions. T

o guarantee seamless playback of all award content and presentations, we supplied two iMac systems, providing both reliability and flexibility for the show’s running order.

As the evening transitioned from awards ceremony to after-party, the focus shifted to creating a lively and engaging environment for guests. Our provision of Pioneer Nexus CDJs ensured professional-grade audio performance, giving DJs the tools needed to deliver a high-energy close to the event.
