We already provide for the UK’s largest AGM, so we are well prepared for any size AGM, from the small scale (50 delegates) to large scale AGMs (thousands of delegates).


As well as our in house team of highly experienced technical and scenic staff we have built up team of extremely skilled and reliable freelancers to ensure that your AGM event is built on time, runs smoothly and comes down without a hitch. We have a strong team of riggers, carpenters, video technicians, sound technicians, project managers, lighting crew, drivers, technical managers and audio visual technicians.


We provide support after the event to. We provide storage space for things like furniture, signage and display stands, so that they can be used again next year, keeping damage to the environment and your costs down.

We can provide event furniture in your company’s colours, or neutral furniture with sophisticated corporate design to enhance the aesthetics of the stage or other areas of the AGM. We work in some of the largest venues in the United Kingdom so we ensure that we have enough high quality stock to fulfil any of your requirements.

Our staging and treads can be covered in carpet or vinyl in your company colours, we work with Pantone References to ensure we get exactly the right colours, or you could opt for a more neutral colour from any of our stock carpet to compliment your chosen colour scheme or even an aluminium trim.

We understand that it is important to run through rehearsals before the big day so we provide a small team of technical staff and any important furniture to any venue you require so you can run through what you need too, to put your mind at rest.

Need more than what your venue can offer? We have successfully built temporary catering points, cloakrooms with lockable doors and used Soft Scene© (pipe and drape) to cover parts of the venue you would rather the delegates did not see, so with Evans Audio Visual Staging Ltd, there really is no limitations.

To keep delegates entertained before and after the meeting, we provide literature stands, offer bespoke display area fabrication – both 2D and 3D, information pods and expert bars. Anything the client wants, we can provide, we are always more than happy to accommodate whatever you need.
