Green Party Autumn Conference, City Hall, Bristol

At the beginning of October, Evans provided the audio visual and scenic support for the 2018 Green Party Autumn Conference at City Hall in Bristol.
Making use of the Barco E2 Presentation System, Evans created a 2-way live video link between the Conference Hall and Council Chamber meaning over 800 delegates could be accommodated for questions and voting. Elsewhere around the building, breakout rooms were fitted with radio microphones and small PA systems, allowing training sessions and discussions to be recorded and distributed to Party members.
