From the first point of contact with our office, we are with you every step of the way to ensure your conference is a success and your delegates are sufficiently ‘wowed’.

Our office staffs ensure that all enquiries are dealt with quickly.

Our technical staffs are always on hand and more than happy to answer any questions regarding requirements or questions about specific pieces of equipment.

Our team managers can go onsite to provide detailed recces and risk assessments.

Our operation managers can produce carnets if your conference is overseas, provide any site specific licenses you may need, organise transport requirements, including articulated lorries, HGV, congestion charges and flights or crew hotel rooms.

As well as our in house team of highly experienced technical and scenic staff we have built up team of extremely skilled and reliable freelancers to ensure that your conference event is built on time, runs smoothly and comes down without a hitch. We have a strong team of riggers, carpenters, video technicians, sound technicians, project managers, lighting crew, drivers, technical managers and audio visual technicians.

We provide support after the conference to. We provide storage space for things like furniture, signage and display stands, so that they can be used again next year, keeping damage to the environment and your costs down.

We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you know that you can rely on us if there is any situation that needs urgent attention from day one – we are here to help you.

We can provide a budget stock set which, despite being priced incredibly competitively, looks smart and sophisticated or we can create a bespoke production set to really make your conference stand out. You can choose to have screens built into the set, coloured up lighters to highlight design, or even have bespoke props made or printed backdrops, whatever it is you require we can provide for you, just get in touch.

If the venue does not have in house staging, we can provide that, with legs (risers) and steps (treads) to any height you require. Our staging, fascias and treads can be carpeted in your company colours or in anything from our stock carpet choices for no extra cost.

We can provide event furniture in your company’s colours, or neutral furniture with sophisticated corporate design to enhance the aesthetics of the stage or other areas of the conference. We work in some of the largest venues in the United Kingdom so we ensure that we have enough high quality stock to fulfil any of your requirements.
