We provide support after the event to. We provide storage space for things like furniture, signage and display stands, so that they can be used again next year, keeping damage to the environment and your costs down.

We can provide event furniture in your company’s colours, or neutral furniture with sophisticated corporate design to enhance the aesthetics of the stage or other areas of the AGM. We have successfully built temporary catering points, cloakrooms with lockable doors and used Soft Scene© (pipe and drape) to cover parts of the venue you would rather the delegates did not see, so with Evans Audio Visual Staging Ltd, there really is no limitations.
